Drivers will have access to booking viewing features, navigation service, messaging with users and the service administrator, and the ability to confirm bookings if the service requires it.

Users can search for nearby transport services through an interactive map, book and manage multiple transport services, pay for services online, optimize driver routes, group bookings with similar routes, monitor the driver's position in real-time, and send messages to the driver.
